Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact our Customer Support Department (support@allinneon.com or 888-675-5797) within 24 hours. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our warehouse after this routine inspection. Please allow 2-5 days to return the repaired, or a replacement, product.

Warranty from 30 days to 1 year: All clocks and picture frames carry a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover customer negligence or physical damage. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Product not returned in its original packaging will null and void the original warranty. In addition; the shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. . Please allow 2-5 days to ship the repaired, or a replacement, product.

Breakage not reported within 24 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.

Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Allinneon.com.

Warranty: All signs carry a (1) year warranty from date of purchase. Hot Swap transformers carry a (2) year warranty.

You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that Allinneon.com will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.

You must contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping any parts or product back to us. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon products.

NOTE: If you agree to our warranty terms, please inform us (support@allinneon.com) so that we may email the authorization for credit card billing. Also, please inform us if the original packaging material is available.

If item is on back order you will be notified so you can order another product or a refund will be issued.

Business Neon Sign Policy

Most Business neon signs are shipped so that the sign can be tested without removing it from the box. The sign must be plugged in and tested prior to removing it from the inner box. If the sign does not light, contact us immediately. If the sign does not light, do not break the seal on the inner box or remove the sign from the inner box or you will forfeit any claim for damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Damaged Goods Policy

No Returns. If item is damaged during shipping please contact All In Neon immediately for a resolution to the issue.
